Papeda


Papeda or sago, a staple food of the people of Maluku and Papua. These foods are found in almost all areas in Maluku and Papua.

Papeda made from sago flour. The maker of the population in the interior of Papua. Sago flour is made by pound sago trunk. Trees are good for the trees sago is made between the ages of three to five years.
