Ketoprak

Ketoprak is one kind of Indonesian traditional foods using a simple diamond found. Usually diamond sold using the stroller on the streets or on the sidewalk.

Its main component is known, rice noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts and can also use hard-boiled egg with peanut sauce, soy sauce, and a sprinkling of fried onions. Can also be served with crackers or emping additional melinjo. There are several versions that include tempeh as a component.
